ABOUT DMI

DMI was set up as a 100% fully owned firm and started work in the diverse fields, not restricted to defence sector alone. DMI initiative is based on my work experience of Defence consultancy and intensively substantive network both for human resource and technical experience with various organisations both Military and Public/Private sector.

Note: DMI is involved to provide consultancy services but not restricted to, or acts as local office for many of these projects with its foreign partners. (Manufacturers, Distributors, Integrators)

DMI was set up in early 2015, having its registered office at H#14, Street 16, Fazaia Colony, Islamabad Highway, Rawalpindi, Pakistan and our current office address is H. No.12-A.St.44 Sector F8/1, Islamabad Pakistan.
DMI was set up, based on the experience and acquisition of skills in the field of Providing Consultancy, in a more diversified and varied fields of Business sectors like Defence, Energy (Audit and Generation), Infrastructure development with an option of provisioning of Foreign and local funds through Banks and Private sector consortiums, Social and Health Sector Development Projects.
We, at DMI provide Familiarisation and Provisioning of customised solutions defined by the needs and demands of the International Trade & Industry and Manufacturers. The basic ingredient of the firm’s business policy is to build detailed understanding of the partners with the dynamics of the market.
The firm further carries out research on the basic requirement and collects relevant information for further education on the requested subject.

We are currently providing a variety of services to our partners in areas including contact building, regular liaison base, assistance in creating a better and clear understanding for effective negotiations, building information and strong follow-up base for existing and potential projects, identification of the procedures and procurement regulations, contract management and its implementation with its seamless execution and processing of banking and related activities.
DMI has the experience to create vast network of human resource needed for the project inception to technical staff, including the Subject matter experts for in-country support and trials, to financial matters with ex-bankers experience.
We are about ten people working as a core team, with an option to hire services of subject matter experts, if required for the execution or acquisition of the project. Many of these experts have worked and are already working with us on different projects and are always from the concerned related industry, mostly but not restricted to Armed forces as senior retired officers or trained technicians from related trades.
